Online Publishing Overview
Stork Publishing House LLC solely operates as an e-commerce publishing company. The books we publish are only available for purchase online. A separate ISBN will be needed for each format of the book that is published, i.e., e-book, paperback, and/or hardcover. You will be in charge of any fees associated with this.
We do not currently have any partnerships with printing companies to distribute our books to brick-and-mortar retailers. We hope to look into this in the near future; however, if you are interested in ordering copies of your book(s) in bulk, we can recommend options that would include a discount rate.

Online Retailers
Our books can be published on the following platform(s):
- On Amazon (via Kindle Direct Publishing) as an e-book, paperback, and/or hardcover. These books can be purchased in all of the countries where Amazon’s KDP platform is available.
- On IngramSpark as an e-book and/or paperback. Once published and distribution is enabled, the information and pricing for this book can be made available to over 40,000 bookstores, libraries, and retail outlets worldwide. These entities will decide if they want to order and sell your book; however, there is no guarantee of orders or sales. For more information on book distribution, feel free to check this link out.
- On Apple Books (via iTunes Connect) as an e-book.
- On Google Play Books (via Google Play Books Partner Center) as an e-book.
You can choose to have your book published on one or all of the platforms mentioned above, if the format is appropriate for the platform being used.
-
Manuscript
Once we receive a manuscript from you, our team at Stork Publishing House LLC will go through editing, typesetting, proofreading, and formatting it, in preparation for publishing. We will stay in touch with you throughout this entire process to ensure that every aspect is taken care of.
Along with the manuscript, you can provide a book description for us to use, or if you choose to, our team can assist with this.
-
Illustrations
If your book includes illustrations, they will be sent over at the same time as the manuscript. If you need illustrator recommendations, Stork Publishing House LLC has options to provide and can show you examples of their work to see if they would be a good fit for your project. Similarly to the manuscript process, we will stay in touch with you throughout the entire process of the layout and design of illustrations.
-
Copyright Process
Once your book is published, Stork Publishing House LLC will register your work with the U.S. Copyright Office. You will be in charge of the fee associated with this registration. You will then receive the Certificate of Registration at the mailing address provided, and have 100% ownership rights to your work.

Pricing
At Stork Publishing House LLC, we believe in price transparency; therefore, we will publish your books under the applicable account(s) that will be created for you in your name. These accounts will be Amazon Author Central (optional), KDP, IngramSpark, iTunes Connect, and Google Play Books Partner Center. By having your own account(s), you will be able to receive full royalties, have access to all of your personal information, tax documents, and manage any additional work, as needed. Any information shared will remain confidential.
You will be charged a one-time, flat-rate fee that covers the project from start to finish for the work completed by us. Once a verbal agreement has been made, a contract will be sent over for review and signature. A deposit will then be required to begin work.
